1. What wagering services do you offer right now?

Currently we are offering complete Phone and Internet Sports Wagering, as well as a variety of Internet casino games including an online poker room!!

2. What does it take to get started playing?
It is very quick and easy to get started playing with Sportbet. If you want to set up an account, simply call ( 800-430-5896) or register from the menu, arrange for your deposit, and you are ready to go. In the future, this account can be accessed both via the Internet or over the telephone.

3. What is the minimum I can wager?

The minimum bet for phone customers is $50 on straight wagers and $25 for parlays and teaser.

The minimum bet for internet customers is $1. You may play internet casino games for as little as $.25.

When wagering over the Internet, the minimun bet is $1.

4. If I have a problem do I have access to the management?

If you ever encounter a problem with the service provided by Sportbet, a Supervisor or Manager is always at your disposal. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to help resolve your dispute. You may call us at (800-430-5896) or email us at help@sportbet.com

5. What is the procedure if I want to close my account?

We never close our clients accounts, but if you want your remaining balance sent to you, simply call us with your account number, password, the amount you want sent, and how you would like it sent. We will refund your balance, less the withdrawal costs (if applicable) immediately. If you later decide to reopen your account, it will be available to you. If you would like to request your payout via the Internet, go to the Casino Cashier inside the sportsbook and process your request.

6. How do I place a phone sports wager?

After signing up, you can call our toll-free phone number and speak directly with one of our sportsbook ticket writers. Be prepared to give your account number and password when calling. After confirming your account balance, the clerk will be happy to give you a rundown of the lines and/or place your desired wager(s). Before your call is completed, the clerk will give you a readback of your wagers. To confirm those wagers, please give your account number and password to the clerk, and your wagers will immediately be entered into the system.

7. How are phone sports wagering discrepancies handled?

All telephone wagers are recorded. In the event of a discrepancy, we will review the tape and base our decision on the contents of the tape. You also have the right to hear these tapes.

8. Can I be an agent and receive a percentage of what my clients I refer to you lose?

Under no circumstances do we allow agents.

9. If I refer new customers will I receive a referral bonus?
Yes, our standard policy for when you refer a new client to Sportbet is to give you a 10% bonus for their initial deposit (max. $250).

10. Can I bet on credit?

Absolutely not.
