Bracket MADNESS! Scoring system:
The scoring system for Bracket Madness is based on your correct selections. A correct
selection in Round 1 earns you one (1) point; in the Second Round the point
value is doubled to two (2) points; and in each of the following rounds, the points will
keep doubling.
SCORING BREAKDOWN
- Round 1 (Sweet 16) 1 point
- Round 2 (Elite 8) 2 points
- Round 3 (Final Four) 4 points
- Round 4 (NCAA Championship) 8 points
Tie-Breaker - In the case that two or more people finish with the same number of winners, the contest will be decided by a Tie-Breaker question. If there remains a tie, both winners will be determined to be First Place and they will share the money. If more than two people tie, the jackpot will be divided evenly between the winners. Tie-breaker rule will be used to determine each place.
